Citi Habitats Marketing Group is a division of Citi Habitats and is responsible for all of the Company's new development marketing and sales. CHMG is a full-service marketing company specializing in pre-planning, design and development, marketing, consulting, leasing and sales. With more than 20 years combined personnel experience, CHMG has marketed over 10,000 new units. 2010 projects include The Ashley on the Upper West Side, The Addison in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, The Townsend at 37th St & 9th Ave and The Beatrice at 105 29th St.

Our insider knowledge as Manhattan's largest residential brokerage and relocation source lets us swiftly pinpoint the most suitable homes for our clients.
